Comments:
Dan and Daryl were early proponents of the Clarence White (Byrds) bender style guitar, where a mechanical device bends the strings on an electric guitar in the same fashion as pedel steel guitar. Dan and Daryl the first people to use this style of guitar in Michigan and were quite well known for there spicy county rock sound. Dan went on to become the formost expert of this style of playing and has provided instruction to many of Nashville's top guitarists and has several instructional videos. Daryl continued the use of this technique and in the later versions of the Wild West Show and introduced the style to a number of guitariest while on the road. Both Dan and Daryl were quite well known at that time for their talent as lead quitarists.
