Wheatley & Novak were
in boy scouts together. They were both learning the
guitar and both played violin in the school
orchestra (arthur Hill and Douglas MacArthur).
Wheatley had a neighbor (Dick Coon) that also play
guitar, a cool Epiphone Sorrento guitar &
Pacemaker amp. Iamurri was a neighbor and cousin of
Tom's. We were all one year apart in age. 13, 14,
15 & 16. Recorded for Prophonic Records in Mt.
Morris, MI. Dick Wagner produced the single:
Lightside Table (written by Tom) B/W Heatwave
(Martha & the Vandellas). Changed band name to
Elation Fields. Air play on local Saginaw stations
