All of us went to
the same highschool, some of us were out of school,
others were still in school when we formed. About
three months after that we got our first gig, only
problem...no big amp for that night's gig. So that
night I came with a big Silvertone with six ten
inch speakers. Now I'm the main man for the night.
Our lead singer Steve would crush onions in a
hankerchief get down on his knees and cry real
tears when singing the slow song Valarlie...the
girls loved it. We played for the fun and exitement
at clubs, high school hops, fire halls, movie
theaters and dance halls plus private gigs. Money
was not good split six ways but it was still fun
getting paid to play. We sure had lots of great
times in the short time we were
together!
