The 4 Most Sturgis, Michigan 1963-1967

I played drums, started when I was seven years old . Music was my life then. I can't even remember how we all got together. Dane Kime was a great rhythm guitarist with a super voice and great stage presence. He and I goofed all the time. Dave Bishop on bass was very, very good. He had a brother that played in bands up around Detroit, he was the band jock (football player), Larry Jones was not what you would call a personality, but God could he play guitar.Tom Keller on keyboards was a very accomplished musician and one funny dude. Together we had a great time, played everywhere, became very popular in the area and made no money whatsoever!

Setlist Sample: Louie, Louie, Daytripper, Summertime Blues, Atlantis, etc. Equipment: Slingerland Drums, Echo Guitars, Gibson Bass Rehearsal Space: My garage, of course Band Vehicles: A trailer pulled behind my mom's car. Fashion Statement: Black chinos, white turtlenecks, black and white houndstooth check jackets. Best Gig: The Sturgis Armory...we played a gig with Bo Diddley Gig from Hell!: Same venue, we were supposed to play a gig with Paul Revere & the Raiders...they didn't show up. Last Gig: Can't remember Comments: We have just now started getting back together thanks to classmates.com. I found our keyboard player, who knew where our rhyrhm guitarist was.
